Frequently asked questions
What is your typical client profile?
My clients are successful, high-performing individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, mental burnout, creative problem solving, communication, or they are looking to improve cognitive performance to gain a competitive edge.
What does a coaching session look like?
Our individual sessions will last approximately sixty minutes and will take place on zoom. During each session we will utilize a series of specific exercises that will teach you how to mindfully move between key brain networks responsible for concentration, goal-oriented decision making, intuition, and imagination.
I will also teach you the science behind these different networks so that you can assign meaning to the work that we are doing. The goal of each of these exercise is to improve your overall mental health and cognitive performance. To learn more please about brain networks please watch my short tutorial.
Why do you require an initial commitment of 5 session?
Since we are working to rewire your brain to approach problem solving, anxiety, and emotions for a state of mindful awareness, repetition and consistency are key. Additional single sessions can be purchased after the initial commitment.
What is the difference between a therapist and a coach?
A therapist is a healthcare professional who is licensed to trauma and long-term emotional issues. A coach helps you to solve complex problems and reach your goals by providing tools, resources, roadmaps, and support.
