Rachel Kozy advises organizations navigating complex systems across healthcare, science, and emerging industries. Her work spans federal healthcare, research institutions, medtech, and early-stage ventures in longevity, wellness, and human performance.

She served in the U.S. Navy as an aerospace physiologist and healthcare administrator, managing overseas logistics at European naval hospitals.

Earlier in her career, she was a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Deloitte, where she directed federal healthcare procurement transformation initiatives supporting $36B+ in managed spend across the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and General Services Administration. She delivered approximately $80M in cost savings through supply chain optimization, contract consolidation, and pricing strategy, and built category management and supplier strategies for some of the largest, most complex federal healthcare systems in the country.

Rachel partners with founders, executives, and institutional leaders on the questions that sit between disciplines, where science meets commercialization, where clinical rigor meets operational reality, and where strategy has to translate into measurable execution.

Rachel has served as an interim COO and Chief of Staff, led go-to-market strategy for FDA-cleared health technology, developed neuroscience-informed workshops on decision-making, and supported programs across the National Institutes of Health and U.S. Navy.
