About

Rachel Kozy advises organizations navigating complex systems across healthcare, science, and emerging industries. Her work spans federal healthcare, research institutions, medtech, and early-stage ventures in longevity, wellness, and human performance.
She served in the U.S. Navy as an aerospace physiologist and healthcare administrator, managing overseas logistics at European naval hospitals.
She also worked with Deloitte's Strategy and Operations Consulting division, advising leaders on complex organizational and operational challenges.
Rachel partners with founders, executives, and institutional leaders on the questions that sit between disciplines, where science meets commercialization, where clinical rigor meets operational reality, and where strategy has to translate into measurable execution.
Rachel has served as an interim COO and Chief of Staff, led go-to-market strategy for FDA-approved health technology, developed neuroscience-informed workshops on decision-making, and supported programs across the National Institutes of Health and U.S. Navy.
Her approach is quiet, precise, and deeply relational, built for leaders doing work that matters and organizations that can't afford to be anything less than exceptional.
